Without finding any recent sales, I'd have to exclude sale 2 and conclude it's unusable.

I don't mind taking some advice to update sale 2 or help for this, but as of now, I'll exclude the sale.

So excluding sale 2, with sale 1 at 155 keys, I am going 155 keys flat.
